Do I own the website / system in the end?

Yes. Code, content, access and accounts are all in your name — we deliberately build so you're not dependent on us.

What happens if I end the engagement?

You keep everything. On request we hand over cleanly to you or another agency — documentation and exports included. No lock-in, no notice-period tricks.

What does the portal cost on an ongoing basis?

Nothing. The portal is part of every project — there's no recurring base fee. Costs only arise when you commission new work, transparently at €75/h.

How fast are tickets answered?

Every ticket within 48 hours. Urgent tickets jump to the top of the queue automatically (€125/h). Warranty cases are free — as a matter of course, not as a bonus.

What happens to my data in the portal?

Your project data lives in our EU cloud and is used solely to support you. Details are in the privacy policy — and on request we'll export or delete everything.
