2. What data we process

When you use our AI strategist and contact form we process:

• First name (so we can address you)
• Optional: website/domain and email address
• Topic and marketing experience (self-assessment)
• Your chat messages and the generated report
• Contact-form submissions: name, email, phone, message
• Technical metadata (timestamps, IP for abuse prevention)

3. Purpose and legal basis

We process this data to build your personal marketing report and to handle your inquiry. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) or the performance of pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

4. Storage and processors

Data is stored in our EU cloud infrastructure. For the AI-assisted analysis we use language-model providers (e.g. OpenAI, Google); chat content is transmitted to these processors for that purpose only. We do not share data with third parties for advertising.

5. Retention

We keep your data only as long as needed for the purposes above, at most 24 months. We delete it earlier on request.

6. Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and object to processing at any time, and you can withdraw consent. Write to hello@cimerlight.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Austrian data-protection authority.
